Frequently asked questions
What owners and associations ask us.
Do you manage a single flat or only whole buildings?
Both: a flat, commercial premises or a whole building with a single owner.
What if the tenant stops paying?
We claim the rent from the first missed payment. If it isn't resolved, the firm brings the court proceedings, without you having to find another lawyer.
How do you change property administrator?
The owners' meeting agrees it. Once approved, we collect the documents, accounts, books and funds of the association from the outgoing administrator.
What if an owner doesn't pay the fees?
First an amicable claim is made. If they still don't pay, the meeting approves the debt and it is claimed through the summary procedure (monitorio). The firm's lawyer handles the claim.
Do you do the occupancy and energy certificates yourselves?
They are signed by registered technicians, as required by law. We commission them, arrange the visit and deliver them to you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the property, the association and the service. We give it to you in writing before we start.
