HabitaRetail was founded in 2023 in Barcelona, but the experience goes back much further: more than twenty years across retail chain expansion, housing and property administration. We sell, let and manage flats, commercial premises and businesses with the lawyer inside the firm, not at the other end of the phone once there is already a problem.
Where we come from

In practice
A lawyer checks the Land Registry, Cadastre, planning, owners' association and taxes before the advert goes live. Problems come up before the deposit contract, not at the notary.

Founder and managing directorLawyer, registered property administrator and estate agent. He reviews the legal and planning side of every deal and negotiates the contracts. Previously led expansion at DIA, Clarel and ALDI, and worked in the residential market.
Property consultantCommercial premises, business transfers and homes. He looks after owners and buyers, carries out the initial valuation, shows properties and follows the negotiation through to signing.
Community managementShe runs the day-to-day of the owners' associations: owners' requests, suppliers, maintenance and incidents until they are closed.
