Registered estate agent

HabitaRetail Consultoría, S.L. is registered in the Registre d'Agents Immobiliaris de Catalunya under number 12533, as required by Catalan Law 18/2007 of 28 December on the right to housing and Decree 12/2010 of 2 February. On request, we will provide details of the guarantee and professional liability insurance required by those rules.

Registered professionals

Daniel Laviada Labernia is a lawyer registered with the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) under number 48.200, holding the professional title of lawyer (Abogado) issued in Spain; a property administrator registered under number 6857 (Col·legi d'Administradors de Finques de Barcelona-Lleida); and an estate agent registered under number 4143 (Col·legi Oficial d'Agents de la Propietat Immobiliària de Barcelona). As a lawyer he is bound by the professional conduct rules of the Spanish legal profession and of the ICAB, available at abogacia.es and icab.cat.

To explain HabitaRetail's services, show the properties we market and let you get in touch with us. Nothing is sold or contracted on the website: any instruction is formalised separately and in writing.

Property information

Property listings are prepared with the information provided by the owner and the documentation available to us at the time. Floor areas, layout, condition, price and availability may change, and a property may be sold or let before we update its listing. Photographs, floor plans and renders give an idea of the property; for new builds they may show decorative items or furniture that are not included.

Before any reservation, deposit contract or agreement, we give you the property documentation and the information required by consumer and housing law. If you see anything on the website that does not match that documentation, let us know and we will correct it.

How we produce our content

Some texts, images, videos, floor plans and renders on the website are produced or edited with the help of digital tools, including artificial intelligence tools, and our team always reviews them before publication. These include videos made wholly or partly with artificial intelligence, such as presentations of our services or of properties. Where an image or video of a property has been generated or altered so that it shows something different from its actual condition (virtual furnishing, proposed renovations, recreations or new-build views), we say so next to the image.

Blog and informative content

Blog posts, FAQs and other texts explain the rules in general terms and as they stood on the date of publication. They are not advice on any specific case and do not create a professional relationship between you and HabitaRetail or its professionals. Rules change: before making a decision, seek advice on your own case.

Use of the website

You may use the website freely and at no cost. You may not use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others, introduce malicious software or code, extract content in bulk or by automated means, or submit another person's data through the forms without their permission.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code, photographs, floor plans, videos, logos and the HabitaRetail name belong to HabitaRetail Consultoría, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use, such as the owner of each property or the brands we have worked with. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or alter them without written permission, except for your own personal and private use.

The logos of professional associations and of the Registre d'Agents Immobiliaris de Catalunya are shown solely to evidence membership and registration.

Links to other websites

The website includes links to third-party pages: social media, Google Maps, professional associations or property portals. We do not control their content or policies. If we become aware that a link leads to unlawful content, we will remove it, as provided in article 17 of the LSSI.

Website operation

We try to keep the website working properly and the information accurate and up to date, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons, and the occasional error. If you find one, write to us at info@habitaretail.com.
