Foundations: The detached houses have a basement with a reinforced concrete perimeter wall and screed on the pavement. The semi-detached houses have prefabricated joist floor slabs, with a double joist in the parking area.

Roof: The roof is flat and finished with a layer of gravel, and houses installations such as photovoltaic panels, refrigeration machines and TV antenna.

Facades: Hollow brick walls with mineral wool insulation panels and air chamber, finished with porcelain stoneware on the first floor and painted waterproof mortar on the upper floor.

Interior partitions: Partitions of large format ceramic tiles, plastered and painted, except in wet areas, which will be tiled.

Ceilings: Gypsum board false ceilings, with registers in the bathrooms for air conditioning machines.

Painting: Smooth plastic paint on ceilings and walls.

Exterior carpentry: Technal aluminum openings with thermal break and double glazing with air chamber. Double-leaf sliding doors and tilt-and-turn windows. Motorized aluminum shutters on the upper floor and galvanized steel Venetian blinds on the ground floor.

Flooring: Large-format porcelain stoneware (90×90) on first floor and basement. Staircase with the same stoneware. Oak parquet on the upper floor, except in bathrooms. Exterior paving of the porch and sidewalk with non-slip stoneware.

Bathrooms: Tiled with porcelain stoneware and white body tiles. Krion shower tray and glass enclosure. Suspended bathroom furniture with mirror and built-in light. Duravit D-Neo wall-hung sanitary ware, Duravit D-Code bathtub. Hansgrohe Logis mixer taps and Hansgrohe shower columns.

Kitchen: Italian furniture by Arredo3, without handles. Integrated appliances: extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. LED lighting under the wall units. Space for a refrigerator up to 70 cm wide. Sink with mixer tap.

Installations: Fiber optic network and RTV in all rooms, except bathrooms and laundry room. Alarm and video intercom. Photovoltaic panels for electricity production. Water softener and provision of electrical outlets for blinds and awnings.

Air conditioning: Air conditioning, hot/cold through ducts in all rooms except bathrooms, laundry and basement. Centralized thermostat control per floor. Electric towel radiators in bathrooms.

Garage: Integrated garage for one car, with automated sectional door. Electric car charging socket. Automated exterior gate.

Swimming pool: 6×3 m swimming pool with stoneware, stairs and filtration system with saline electrolysis. Aquatic illumination and garden installation hut.
