I am Daniel Laviada, a lawyer specialized in Real Estate, with more than 23 years of experience in the real estate sector. Throughout my career, I have led processes of analysis, negotiation and coordination of both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

I was trained at the Swiss School of Barcelona, which allows me to communicate fluently in Spanish, Catalan, English and German, which is key in today’s dynamic and global real estate market.

For 12 years in the DIA Group, I managed the expansion of its own stores and franchises under the DIA (regional director) and CLAREL (national director) brands, achieving more than 80 openings and the legalization of numerous logistics warehouses.

Additionally, I held significant roles in leading companies such as ALDI Spainwhere I was Director of Real Estate Assets and Expansion at a national level; in DEALZ (Pepco Group) as Acquisitions Manager; and in FINCAS CORRALwhere I accumulated 5 years of experience in the residential sector.

My approach is based on perseverance, rigor and commitment to achieve tangible and sustainable results.

Francesc Vilasís is a real estate consultant, with experience in commercial transactions, business transfers, commercial premises and residential assets.

His work is focused on the attention to owners and interested clients, the initial valuation of the properties, the management of visits, the follow-up of negotiations and the accompaniment during the whole commercialization process.

He stands out for his direct approach, his practical knowledge of the market and his ability to detect opportunities, providing a commercial vision oriented to close operations in an orderly, safe and efficient manner.

Property Management Consultant

María Toledo develops her activity in the area of property management, providing experience in the attention to communities of owners, management and coordination with suppliers and monitoring of incidents.

Its work focuses on the daily personalized accompaniment of the communities, the management of owners’ requests, the organization of maintenance actions and the follow-up of the contracted services.

He stands out for his close relationship, his ability to coordinate and his practical orientation, facilitating an orderly, agile and efficient day-to-day management of each community.
