I am Daniel Laviada, a lawyer specialized in Real Estate, with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Throughout my career, I have led processes of analysis, negotiation and coordination of both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
I was trained at the Swiss School of Barcelona, which allows me to communicate fluently in Spanish, Catalan, English and German, which is key in today’s dynamic and global real estate market.
During 12 years in the DIA Group, I managed the expansion of its own stores and franchises under the DIA and CLAREL brands, achieving more than 80 openings and the legalization of numerous logistics warehouses.
I have also been part of reference companies such as:
– ALDI Spain, leading real estate assets and national expansion.
– DEALZ (Pepco Group) as Procurement Manager.
– FINCAS CORRAL, where I consolidated 5 years of experience in the residential market.
My approach is based on perseverance, rigor and commitment to achieve tangible and sustainable results.

Francesc Vilasís is the consultant in charge of coordinating HORECA operations at HabitaRetail, with an outstanding specialization in business and commercial premises transfers.
