The restaurant stands out for its <strong>excellent location and proven annual turnover<\/strong> and is ready to operate with great success in the neighborhood of Gr\u00e0cia. <\/p>\n\n<p>Small premises with <strong>capacity for 30 people<\/strong>, equipped with everything necessary. The kitchen and preparation area are partially integrated into the bar, and there is also an area for the preparation of hot dishes equipped with an extractor hood in accordance with regulations.
